Jewish Community Foundation: Overview
The mission of the Jewish Community Foundation (JCF) is to be the central source for long-term philanthropy, endowment and planned giving for individuals and institutions in our Colorado Jewish community.
The JCF is an entity that consumed the assets of the Allied Jewish Federation of Colorado’s endowment fund. The name changed, but our trusted, reliable service remains the same.
In fact, the health of the only Endowment Giving program dedicated to the Jewish community has been strengthened. The JCF is dedicated and positioned to ensure a healthy future for the Colorado Jewish community and our people worldwide.
Rooted in the knowledge that the best prescription for a healthier future is to plan for it today, the JCF represents a comprehensive plan of action to provide our people with the means to go from strength to strength in the decades ahead.
Central to our efforts is a community-wide initiative to secure crucial resources for the programs and services that form the lifeblood of our community and our people worldwide, now and for generations to come. The JCF not only provides support to the Allied Jewish Federation of Colorado and its programs, but also to individual agencies, organizations, synagogues and other important programs that ensure the health of our Jewish future both here at home and overseas.
The JCF has a planned giving option that will benefit the program or agency that is closest to your heart.
Our generation has the wisdom to know that life is uncertain — and the experience to know how to plan for the unexpected. By preparing today we can ensure that our children and grandchildren will always have the means to meet new challenges—and embrace new opportunities. Through the JCF, we can ensure that our community will flourish and thrive in the years ahead.
